Eye Protection

So you've seen the pics from yesterday. We'll tackle the sunglasses. Straight from Tiffany's, a gift for Valentines day from my husband. Oh yes, I've remarried, forgot to mention that.  We'll get to that later. Lets talk about eye protection.

Not these, but rather

these
I get it, you want to be sporty.  Let's leave sporty to well, sports.  When out and about on a daily basis, choose something sexy and stylish.

.
I recently discovered there are some things in life you do not want to scrimp on.

Sunglasses are one of those things.
I possess two pair of good quality sunglasses. A pair of Ray Bans for the sporty me, and a pair of Tiffany's for all other outings. Both have cases and both stay in their cases when not worn. Of very good quality, I couldn't imagine not having them. I once had a girlfriend who wore her Dolce and Gabbana's while riding her Harley. She understood what it meant to ride a Harley and maintain her lady like qualities. I for one am grateful for both of my pricey but very well made sunglasses.  Aside from style, look into protection as well. An expensive pair of sunglasses will mean nothing if they don't protect your eyes from the sun. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a really good pair.  You'll be glad you did.

I have received no compensation for these shameless plugs to Tiffany's.  I'm just a very big fan of their styles.

So glad to be back...

onto the blogging forum! It's been a long time and anyone who knows me knows I hated not being able to blog about the over forty fashions and how to go about creating a classy existence. It's been a rough year and a half. After discovering that my blog was hacked by a bot of some sorts I gave up attempting to fix my site and came back to blogspot finally. Any hoo, so glad to be back and be prepared for whats coming. A lot has changed for me so have a look at these pics and see if perhaps you can guess what's coming?

Crazy mix huh?  Keep reading and I'll clue you in.  Till tomorrow!!

Fitness and Fashion Don't Always Go Together

Some would be bothered to frequent the gym among lavishly clad gym goers but these days, it's not uncommon to see someone wearing the latest in fashionable workout gear.  It appears to have become the norm to see female gym goers in yoga capris.  I wear them myself and do so proudly as I've managed to slim down my mid-section, butt and thighs.  You can only imagine my excitement at learning those lumps I see on my legs are muscles.  My muscles grow bigger with each workout and I'm loving it.  I can finally see the days of figure and bikini competitions in my future.  Thought I'd post a few of my favorite pieces of workout gear here.  Enjoy and keep moving.

I have this bra in both green and orange.  I love the adjustable wide straps as this helps with being large busted. A great fit, but runs a bit small. I purchased a medium at first but had to exchange for a large because it's a small fit even for a D cup.

I love these yoga capris. They come in a couple of different colors and is true to size.  You can both of these at Athleta.com

Enjoy your workout in gear that makes you comfortable.  And remember to dress the way you want to look.  If you're hitting the gym in frumpy wear, you're gonna feel frumpy and maybe not so great.  Get in there, work it hard and come out feeling great.  See you tomorrow.

I'm BACCCKKK! Again.

Wow, life has been so  muddled lately and I've been killing myself trying to stay afloat.  Well, I'm back on track. New job, new love, new home and new me.  Happy to be blogging again and even happier to be back in school.  What more could a girl ask for? Blog pics of course.  Coming soon, I promise.  Love and hugs, K
